I help startups and established companies move complex physical products forward from early product definition and technical architecture through detailed mechanical design, prototyping, verification, manufacturing transfer, and commercialization.

My work spans product strategy, systems thinking, technical program leadership, and hands-on mechanical engineering, with deep experience in medical devices, aerospace, electromechanical systems, and emerging technologies.

What I do

Sometimes you need another engineer. Sometimes you need someone who can see the whole problem.

I work with organizations when the challenge extends beyond completing a CAD model or checking off engineering tasks.

That may mean defining an ambiguous product, establishing technical direction, untangling a struggling development program, aligning stakeholders, leading multidisciplinary teams, or personally solving a difficult engineering problem.

I can operate at the system, program, team, or component level, depending on what the situation requires.

My background spans science, hands-on mechanical engineering, systems development, multidisciplinary program leadership, consulting, and entrepreneurship. That allows me to understand not only whether something can be engineered, but what should be built, what matters most, where the real risk lies, and what is preventing a team from moving forward.

I am equally comfortable facilitating a difficult leadership conversation, building a development roadmap, reviewing system architecture, or getting deep into mechanical design.
